The friends' fund
The Audiovisual Foundation for the Arts and Design is growing and advancing in its actions, thanks to the generosity of its donors.
The Audiovisual Foundation for the Arts and Design is a recognized foundation of public utility based in Belgium.
She created a friends fund managed by the King Baudouin Foundation. The Friends of the Audiovisual Foundation for the Arts and Design Fund aims to support projects of the FUP Audiovisual Foundation for the Arts and Design.
Donations made to the account of this fund benefit from tax deductibility (tax reduction) for any amount from € 40.
With your donations, you can support the actions of our Foundation for the international promotion of the visual arts, design and architecture.
You live in Belgium, France or Luxembourg
Donors established in France, the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Denmark who wish to support a Fund managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, can pay their donations directly to the Foundation while enjoying all the tax advantages of their country of residence.
In France, the King Baudouin Foundation has obtained the various tax approvals provided for in 4 bis of articles 200, 238 bis and in articles 978 and 795-0 A of the General Tax Code.
In the Netherlands, the King Baudouin Foundation has been recognized as ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) since January 1, 2008. Our RSIN number is 8237.85.385.
In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg following the circular of the director of contributions LIR - n ° 112/2 and in Denmark according to the Danish Tax Assessment Act - Ligningslovens § 8A od 12, stk.3, the King Baudouin Foundation is also authorized to issue tax receipts to donors residing in these two countries.

Any donation gives rise to the dispatch of a tax receipt by e-mail or by post.
COSTS
To cover the administrative costs of the network, each donation is subject to a levy of:
- 5% on the range from 0 to 100,000€
- 1% on the slice of 100,000 to 1,100,000€
